South KoreaCompany registration in South Korea, done for you

How it works: from first message to a trading Korean company

You sign a handful of documents at home. We prepare everything else, file it in Korea and hand you a registered company, a tax number and a bank file. The price is fixed in writing before you pay, and you never need to fly to Seoul to incorporate.

Quote within one business day. Typical timeline three to six weeks, set mostly by the apostille in your country.

The eight steps

What happens, and when

  1. Same day

    Tell us what you need

Activity, owners, capital, city and whether anyone needs a visa. The quote form or WhatsApp is enough.

  2. 1 business day

    Fixed quote

Structure, timeline and every cost on one page. Government fees are shown at cost.

  3. 1–2 days

    Name check and plan

We check the Korean company name, fix the share and director structure and send your document list.

  4. About 1 week

    Sign at home

Power of attorney and documents signed before your notary and apostilled. We send templates and check scans before you courier the originals.

  5. 3–10 days

    Capital and FDI filing

Capital is remitted to Korea; for a foreign investment company we file the FDI notification first.

  6. About 1 week

    Court registry

We file the incorporation and register the company seal. The company exists from this day.

  7. 3–5 days

    Business registration

Business registration certificate and tax number from the tax office, with the right VAT status.

  8. Ongoing

    Bank, visa, accounting

Bank account, D-8 application if needed, and monthly bookkeeping if you add Korea Care.

Your own timeline

Questions

Questions about the process

Do I need to travel to Korea to register the company?

No. Incorporation is done under a notarised and apostilled power of attorney. Some banks ask a director to attend in person for the account, and the D-8 visa needs you in Korea or at a consulate.

How long does it take?

Usually three to six weeks from your notary visit. The apostille in your country and, for foreign investment companies, the capital remittance set the pace.

When do I pay?

After you accept the written quote. We send the invoice within one business day and start when payment arrives.

What if I need the D-8 visa?

Then the company is set up as a foreign investment company from the start, with at least KRW 100 million of foreign investment, and we prepare the visa file alongside the registration.

What happens after the company is registered?

You receive the registry extract, business registration certificate and tax number, and we prepare the bank account. Bookkeeping, VAT and payroll can continue with us under Korea Care.
