Every recurring Korean deadline for a foreign-owned company — tax, VAT, payroll, corporate, local tax and visas — tailored to your company, moved for weekends and Korean public holidays, and exportable to your own calendar.
Many Korean deadlines run from an event — a hire, a move, a resolution, a shipment. Pick the event and the date.
Dates follow the statutory deadlines for a Korean company and its owner. When a deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday or Workers’ Day, it moves to the next working day under Article 5 of the Framework Act on National Taxes; the calendar shows where it moved. Korean public holidays are included for 2026 and 2027, including the 2026 local election day and the restored Constitution Day.
Corporate tax, local income tax, the interim prepayment and transfer pricing documentation follow your financial year-end. VAT periods are calendar periods for every company. Event deadlines are calculated from the date you enter. The calendar is a planning tool, not advice: thresholds, exemptions and your own filings decide what applies. For the reasoning behind each deadline, see our guide to annual compliance.
Yes. Deadlines on weekends, public holidays and Workers’ Day move to the next working day, as Korean tax law provides. Holidays are loaded for 2026 and 2027.
Choose your year-end month. Corporate tax, local income tax, the interim prepayment and transfer pricing deadlines move with it; VAT and payroll deadlines do not.
